Based on the responsibility of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for the service of Rahman’s guests, it launched the Nusuk application to enable those wishing to perform Umrah and visit to request the issuance of permits to enter the Two Holy Mosques to perform Umrah, Tawaf, and pray at Rawdah according to the capacity approved by the concerned authorities to ensure the provision of a spiritual and safe atmosphere that achieves health measures, controls, and the regulations.
Registration
The Nusuk application is the official executive instrument for awarding Umrah, Tawaf, and Pray at Rawdah visas to the two Holy Mosques. The following categories are eligible to register for the application:
- Those arriving from outside the Kingdom are registered based on their passport or visa number, nationality, and date of birth.
- The minimum age to register is five years old.
- If the permit applicant is found to have any diseases or epidemics (as classified by the Ministry of Health), the permission is automatically cancelled.
Password Policy
- It must consist of at least seven characters.
- It must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
Service Status
The Nusuk app allows citizens, residents, and visa holders from all around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to request permission to access the two Holy Mosques for Umrah, Tawaf, and Rawdah prayers.
- Determine the gathering spots in the central region from which groups will proceed to the Two Holy Mosques, accompanied by a health commander.
- They offer transportation services for Umrah pilgrims and guests from Makkah and Madinah to important locations, including meet-and-greets at the main centres.
- Providing a health leader to accompany the groups as they travel to and from the two Holy Mosques
- Providing Zamzam water – Masks and sterilisation supplies
- Providing private parking places within the main gathering areas of Makkah and Madinah.
User Obligations
The Nusuk application was created to make it easier to obtain permissions for Umrah, Tawaf, and praying at Rawdah in the two Holy Mosques, and users are required to utilise it in the following manner:
- The permit provided through this application is valid for the indicated date and time and for the specified purpose alone (Umrah, Tawaf, and Rawdah prayer), and it is not to be utilised for any other purposes.
- If the permission information is incorrect when reviewed by field security, the permit is cancelled.
- The permission cannot be cancelled four hours before its commencement time.
- The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into the application.
- The user agrees to grant the application management permission to use the data related to it in accordance with the provisions contained in the application’s privacy policy, and to activate the permanent location feature, which will be used to send application-related notices as described in clause (fourth).
- The user is solely responsible for the service requests sent from his account in the (Nusuk) app.
- If the user’s address, mobile phone number, or any other information entered during registration changes, he must update his account information.
- The user is responsible for implementing the service based on the data provided during the registration process, and the administration of the (Nusuk) application is not liable for any wrong data.
- The user is accountable for leaking data from his account, including his username and password.
General Conditions
The management of the (Nusuk) application accepts no responsibility for any consequences resulting from an error or failure to update the information.
- According to the Ministry of Health’s requirements and what the competent authorities report, the age group allowed to issue permits is five years or older for internal pilgrims and those coming from outside the Kingdom.
- The maximum number of (Praying in the Noble Rawdah for Men and Women) permits is one per 30 days.
- The service can only be used after you have completed the registration form and agreed to the terms and conditions.
- The administration of the (Nusuk) application reserves the right to reject any user who does not meet the registration requirements.
Termination of the Account
The user’s account will remain active unless terminated by the management of the (Nusuk) application based on alerts received from the “Tawakkalna application” regarding the permit applicant’s health status, or at the user’s request via the “accept us” application.
The administration of the Nusuk application reserves the right to terminate the user’s account if they violate any of the terms and conditions.
The penalties outlined in the Anti-Cyber Crime Law will apply if you enter the Umrah application illegally, delete data from it, delete, destroy, leak, destroy, change, or republish it.
The management of the Nusuk application reserves the right to terminate the user’s account if the data provided by the user is found to be erroneous, or if the application is misused or violates its terms and conditions. – The management of the Nusuk application reserves the right to terminate the user’s account if the competent authorities request that the service be discontinued.

The user has read the privacy policy of the Nusuk application, agrees to it, and gives permission to use his information following the rules included in that policy.
